Engineering Manager, Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure team responsible for building reliable and scalable infrastructure for OP Mainnet and the broader Superchain.

In Short

• Lead the Infrastructure team in building scalable systems.
• Operationalize and automate deployments of the OP Stack.
• Drive operational improvements in monitoring and node maintenance.
• Maintain team SLAs and promote operational excellence.
• Define and execute the cloud security roadmap.
• Promote DevSecOps practices within the organization.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services in production.
• Mentor and grow experienced engineers.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Requirements

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in containerized infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud providers like GCP and AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
