In Short

• Be a force multiplier for the Head of Engineering and Engineering Manager.
• Manage scheduling, email, travel, and communications for engineering leaders.
• Drive operational engineering projects and events.
• Provide top tier support for calendar management.
• Build a deep understanding of leaders' OKRs and priorities.
• Anticipate needs and drive administrative projects with excellence.
• Plan and execute operational engineering projects and events.
• Partner with the EBP team for company-wide retreats and projects.
• Work effectively in a remote setting.
• Available during Pacific and Eastern time working hours.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in strategic administrative support.
• Advanced skills in calendar, travel, and email management.
• Strong business acumen to drive company success.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects/events.
• Ability to establish trust with senior leaders.
• High emotional intelligence and influence across levels.
• Openness to growth and feedback.
• Effectively communicates and drives work autonomously.
• Available for in-person events multiple times per year.
