Overview

The Senior Director, Remote Sales Solutions will lead the full transformation and operational leadership of Medtronic’s Remote Sales organization, overseeing a multi-layered team structure and driving remote commercial execution and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial/sales leadership experience.
  • 5–10 years at senior leadership level managing multi-country organizations.
  • Proven experience driving large-scale commercial transformation.
  • Strong background in remote/inside sales or centralized sales operations.
  • Ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Proficiency in digital sales models and remote engagement tools.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders across regions.
