Senior Finance Manager - Corporate Consolidation - Remote

Overview

The Senior Finance Manager – MiniMed Corporate Consolidations supports the corporate consolidation, financial reporting, and transition services accounting activities for the MiniMed business. This role is responsible for managing key aspects of the consolidated close and reporting process under US GAAP, leading a team within the corporate consolidations function, and supporting Day-1 readiness and ongoing stabilization of Corporate Consolidations and Record-to-Report processes as MiniMed operates as a standalone entity.

• Lead corporate consolidation and financial reporting activities.
• Manage consolidated month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Supervise a team of finance professionals.
• Partner with various departments including Tax and IT.
• Support governance of Transition Services Agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under US GAAP.
• Experience with OneStream financial consolidation systems.
• Prior corporate consolidation or financial reporting experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex finance initiatives.
