Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and Strategy - Remote

Overview

This role involves leading the Corporate Finance & Strategy function at Samsara, focusing on achieving corporate financial goals and partnering with various business leaders.

In Short

• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Own and define driver-based forecasts for global expenses.
• Create and deliver financial reporting packages to the Executive Team.
• Collaborate with teams to implement financial planning tools.
• Serve as a financial business partner for People Ops and Recruiting.
• Develop processes that enhance financial visibility and planning efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Experience in a managerial role and team development.
• Ability to work PST hours.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Investment Banking.
• 5+ years in Strategic Finance / FP&A.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience with accounting teams.
• Proven experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience using financial tools like NetSuite and Workday.
• Bachelor's degree.
