Ethos is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Finance & Strategy Team, playing a major role in executing high priority initiatives for our Direct to Consumer business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• 2+ years of operational experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Best-in-class Excel skills and experience in financial modeling.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with analytical problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of valuation methods and GAAP.
• Degree in a quantitative field.
