Overview

Apollo.io is seeking a Finance & Strategy Senior Manager to support go-to-market initiatives and improve decision-making across various teams during a period of hyper-growth.

In Short

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Support organizations to drive growth.
• Develop frameworks for financial performance and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models for sales capacity planning.
• Translate business activities into financial outputs for ROI analysis.
• Conduct deep dives into business trends and performance.
• Support pricing and packaging workstreams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a finance-focused role within GTM functions at a SaaS or tech company.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with GTM leaders.
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Highly analytical with strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Looker and Snowflake is a plus.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
