Overview

The Senior Manager of GTM (Go-To-Market) FP&A will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy for our Sales and Marketing functions, partnering closely with GTM leadership to provide strategic planning and financial insights.

In Short

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to track and maintain pipeline analysis.
• Establish key metrics to provide insights into business performance.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Manage the end-to-end commissions process.
• Develop and implement financial processes to support growth.
• Prepare executive level presentations with data insights.
• Build complex financial models and analyses.
• Support the month-end close process with the accounting team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields.
• Expertise in financial applications like Salesforce and advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
