The Engineering Program Manager at JLL will manage engineering program support for Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities, ensuring effective communication and program ownership.

Requirements

• BS degree in technology or engineering preferred.
• 3-5+ years of program management experience.
• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and conflict management skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in process development and project management.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities under pressure.
• Self-motivated and independent critical thinker.
• Proven track record of improving outcomes in program management.
