HRIS System Administrator - Remote

Overview

The HRIS System Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, ensuring the system meets the needs of the HR department and stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-7 years of experience with Workday HCM Core.
• 3+ years on an HRIS or Talent Technology Team.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
