System Administrator - Remote

Overview

Gilat Satellite Networks is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our global IT System team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technology environment, managing complex IT systems and driving automation and innovation.

In Short

• Configure and maintain network devices like switches, routers, WLCs, and APs.
• Manage firewalls, F5, CyberArk PAM & EPM, EDR, Check Point Harmony, and NAC solutions.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Defender, Conditional Access, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Develop and automate IT processes using PowerShell, Python, and Jenkins.
• Administer SCCM and Intune for software and device management.
• Maintain Windows Server, Exchange 2016, GPO, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, and Certificate Services.
• Perform hands-on administration and troubleshooting in Linux.
• Provide high-level technical support to remote offices worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a technology-driven company.
• Strong hands-on expertise in networking and security systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Cloud Services core infrastructure services.
• Proficiency in Scripting and Automation.
• Linux Management and Administration experience.
• Experience in virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V).
• Strong expertise in Deployment & Endpoint Management SCCM, Intune.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English (spoken & written).
