Marcom Global Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Marcom Global Coordinator to join our global Marketing team, responsible for managing international events and marketing operations.

In Short

• Plan and coordinate global events and tradeshows end-to-end.
• Oversee strategic planning, venue selection, budget allocation, and logistics.
• Manage invoices, suppliers, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets and expenses.
• Handle marketing-related tasks such as stock and order management.
• Support marketing initiatives across different locations.
• Assist with analytics, reporting, and strategic marketing projects.
• Fluent English (near-native level) is mandatory.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote/home office setup.
• No travel required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in large organizations managing international events and complex projects.
• Previous experience in IT or Tech companies is highly valued.
• Project management and finance experience is a strong must.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience working with global vendors and suppliers.
