Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leaders, providing valued coaching and guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues as well as developing and implementing human capital solutions to achieve business objectives.

In Short

• Provide tactical employee relations guidance/support and coaching to leaders and employees in assigned regions.
• Provide guidance related to performance management, policies and procedures, and interpretation of employment laws.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Lead key organizational HR projects and initiatives.
• Develop and facilitate HR training.
• Coach leaders around requirements and best practices throughout the employee life cycle.
• Manage unemployment claims and EEOC and DOL charges for assigned regions.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group.
• Conduct regular HR policy review.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws for assigned regions.

Requirements

• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or related field.
• Three (3) years Human Resources experience is required.
• Strong experience in employee relations, employment law, and project management preferred.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resource (PHR) credentials preferred.
