Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at SearchStax, you will be integral to fostering customer relationships and ensuring they derive maximum value from our cloud-native search platform.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity about products.
  • Experience in quantifying business value for customers.
  • Ability to manage account plans and mitigate risks.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS and cloud technologies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
