Overview

Smartsheet is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a set of large strategic accounts and improve customer satisfaction, application engagement, customer retention, and growth.

In Short

  • Lead the onboarding of enterprise-level customers.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
  • Act as a Smartsheet expert and trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews.
  • Develop scalable tools and frameworks.
  • Analyse usage data to uncover trends.
  • Serve as the primary contact for high-impact customer situations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services.
  • Provide critical customer feedback to various teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals.

Requirements

  • Proven account management experience in SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience maintaining valuable relationships with customers.
  • Outstanding task management skills.
  • Passion for web-based technologies.
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
  • Willing to travel periodically.
  • Additional European language knowledge is a plus.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
