In Short

  • Manage the full lifecycle for existing customers within EasyLlama’s Commercial and Enterprise customer base.
  • Leverage analytical skills to dissect customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Manage renewals and mitigate risks to downsizing and churn.
  • Build a deep understanding of the EasyLlama product and address customer challenges.
  • Serve as a consultant to clients and connect them to the latest information and trends.
  • Develop pipeline, manage account plans, and create proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Go To Market strategies.
  • Advocate for customers within the organization.
  • Demonstrate ownership and communicate the value proposition of EasyLlama’s solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of full lifecycle customer success management in a SaaS business.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to advocate for customers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and bookings targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational practices.
  • Organized and ready to leverage tools to drive growth.
  • Bonus points for experience in eLearning or HR Tech.
