Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will strategically influence and develop existing business with assigned OTC customers, focusing on enhancing customer value and sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in cloud and IT architecture.
  • Knowledge in AI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of market-relevant cloud ecosystems.
  • Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Ability to develop hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
