Senior Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Peppr, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our restaurant clients have a seamless and successful experience from the time they join us until their full integration and beyond.

In Short

• Align with the AE on project preparation and documentation.
• Partner with the Implementation team to schedule and execute the site survey.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to welcome new clients.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop and deliver tailored training plans.
• Monitor new accounts to ensure proper system usage.
• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients.
• Proactively drive upsell opportunities.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Analyze usage trends to inform product improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry or with POS systems.
• Willingness to travel locally within Houston, up to 70%.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
