Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with customer success and sales tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Core working hours: PT - ET hours.
