Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Voxy, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer experience and driving engagement with our language training platform, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes.

In Short

• Empathize with every aspect of the customer journey/experience.
• Understand customer needs and assist through the onboarding process.
• Deliver insights and readouts of customer outcomes in business reviews.
• Coach customers to become Voxy product experts.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure alignment on plans.
• Explore upsell and expansion opportunities with Key Account Managers.
• Prepare reports and business reviews to generate visibility of program performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savviness and experience with tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
