  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Project Management, Problem Solving, and Negotiation.
  • Strong accountability for client delivery.
  • Tech-savvy with skills in spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
