Overview

In this role, you will work to build and maintain good relationships by attending to a portfolio of clients from our Franchises and Partners (Zenvia Partners).

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or related fields.
  • Experience working through partners/sales channels.
  • Basic familiarity with the technology market.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.
  • Experience in customer journey, retention, research, and process mapping.
  • Able to manage a high volume of clients effectively.
  • Resilient with strong adaptability skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Client-oriented prioritization and organizational skills.
