In Short

• Interact with prospective Cover customers via phone, text and email.
• Educate customers on the process of purchasing homeowners' insurance.
• Engage with a consultative approach to help customers overcome issues.
• Provide the best customer experience to convert potential customers.
• Schedule appointments with Insurance Experts for customers.
• Upsell policies wherever possible.
• Generate insurance quotes using EzLynx and other carrier portals.
• Policy payment tracking and renewal tracking.
• General operational support as needed.
• Work in any shift and be open to weekend work.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about customer experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with EzLynx is preferred.
• Insurance related experience is preferred.
