As a Customer Success Support Analyst, you will utilize excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. This role exists to provide outstanding, first-in-class support to clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years direct customer service experience in financial services
  • Ability to communicate clearly via verbal and written media
  • Some technical knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness in changing environments
  • High standards of performance and accountability
  • Ability to deal effectively with others in antagonistic situations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
