Overview

The Customer Support Analyst at Kuecker Pulse Integration is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients, focusing on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues.
  • Ask educated questions to determine root causes.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills.
  • Collect feedback to identify patterns and issues.
  • Empower customers in the problem-solving process.
  • Troubleshoot inventory flow using log files.
  • Modify SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot PLC control systems.
  • Provide product support and documentation.
  • Train customers onsite and remotely.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with XML and SQL.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (4 days on, 4 days off).
  • Experience in a technical support role is a plus.
