Support Engineer for Warehouse Execution Software - Remote

Overview

This role is a specialized role within the KPI Integrated Solutions Product Support Center. You will be a Support Engineer for KPI Integrated Solutions’ WES/WCS Product and on KPI Integrated Solutions PLC Controls product for our customers.

In Short

• Provide support for WES/WCS and PLC Controls products.
• Troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer issues.
• Utilize tools like scanner logs and error logs to determine root causes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Collect feedback to identify patterns and improve troubleshooting.
• Read XML configuration files and troubleshoot inventory flow.
• Modify SQL Queries to track down records.
• Document and track customer-reported problems.
• Train customers onsite and remotely.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC control systems.
• Familiarity with database tables and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document and share knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 20% per year.
