  • Build and manage lifecycle campaigns in Iterable.
  • Conduct quality assurance for campaigns end-to-end.
  • Set up and execute A/B tests to optimize performance.
  • Pull campaign results and create performance summaries.
  • Maintain campaign documentation for compliance and audit needs.
  • Manage tasks and timelines effectively using Asana.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and shipped on time.
  • Utilize strong HTML/CSS skills for email creation and troubleshooting.
  • Focus on operational excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in CRM/lifecycle/email marketing execution.
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for email design.
  • Experience with QA processes and rendering tools.
  • Ability to set up and interpret A/B tests.
  • Comfortable pulling results and analyzing core metrics.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable follow-through and ability to ship on time.
  • Familiarity with UTM governance and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Iterable features is a nice to have.
  • Basic awareness of email deliverability issues.
