Better’s Collateral team is looking for an Appraisal Reviewer to join our team! As an Appraisal Reviewer, you will become an expert on Agency, Non-Conforming, and HELOC policy guidelines and be exposed to various aspects of the loan origination process.

• Review appraisal reports for compliance with guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of appraisal review experience.
• Expert knowledge of appraisal guidelines.
• Understanding of appraisal aspects like market trend analysis.
• Familiarity with appraisal review utilities preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and team player.
