Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in public safety or related fields.
  • Experience with software-as-a-service technology solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Customer success-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
