Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at ExtraHop, you will help organizations achieve complete visibility and proactive security through innovative network detection and response technology, ensuring successful outcomes for our customers.

In Short

  • Analyze customer requirements and promote the highest value application of ExtraHop.
  • Secure contract renewals and identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage end-users for targeted assistance and enablement.
  • Assist in customer onboarding and training.
  • Assess customer health and improve engagement strategies.
  • Execute customer engagement workflows and processes.
  • Provide input on product and service roadmap priorities.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans.
  • Recognize opportunities for expansion and engage Sales.
  • Conduct recurring customer meetings and Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree, preferably in technical field.
  • Cooperative team player with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and application protocols.
  • Experience with project management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM or similar.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel.
