Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Menlo Security, you will be a strategic partner to our enterprise and mid-market customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment in Menlo Security's solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

  • Drive contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Cultivate customer advocates for references and testimonials.
  • Maintain a high level of technical understanding of Menlo Security's products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to customer success.
  • Be comfortable with traveling up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to customer success.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success platforms.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
