• Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs for the Federal team.
• Focus on major security conferences and corporate events.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for event objectives and messaging.
• Manage event logistics and promotional activities.
• Support development of tailored marketing programs for the Federal market.
• Ensure alignment of marketing activities with company strategy.
• Measure success through leads generated and revenue growth.
• Develop compelling marketing content for conferences and Federal programs.
• Work at both tactical and strategic levels.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation.
• Experience supporting Federal marketing programs.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related area.
• Comfortable interacting with sales leadership and C-level executives.
• Experience with budget management and marketing planning.
• Excellent writing skills for demand generation materials.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of Marketo and Zoom preferred.
• Basic design skills using tools like Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
