Federal Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The successful candidate will be based remotely in Washington, DC. Absolute, the leader in cyber resilience, is seeking a Federal Marketing Manager to drive pipeline within the Federal government segment by strategically developing, managing, and executing brand awareness and demand generation campaigns.

• Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to develop and execute federal demand and lead generation campaigns.
• Develop clear, compelling content to support campaign interaction points.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of plans.
• Collaborate with federal sales team to create messaging strategies.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to track and analyze promotional activity performance.
• Consistently test and enhance marketing activities through measurement and optimization.
• Track federal marketing program and event budget and results.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and optimizing marketing programs.
• Experience marketing cybersecurity to the U.S. public sector required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with digital and offline marketing tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills.
• Experience managing budget, including allocation and optimization.
• ABM and partner experience a plus.
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed goals.
• Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
