Senior Field Marketing Manager - NAE Corporate Events & NA - West Region - Remote

Overview

The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth through NAE Corporate Events and Regional Field Marketing in North America West. This role combines high-level planning with hands-on project management.

In Short

• Develop and manage marketing plans for major security conferences.
• Plan and execute exclusive Customer and Partner Advisory Board events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define event objectives.
• Oversee all event logistics including vendor management.
• Develop and execute a regional marketing plan tailored to North America West.
• Lead development of regional programs, including webinars and events.
• Work with sales to provide marketing initiatives supporting their goals.
• Measure success through leads generated and revenue growth.
• Responsible for budget management for marketing programs.
• Develop compelling marketing content for various platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with sales leadership and C-level executives.
• Excellent writing skills for marketing materials.
• Understanding of marketing technology, especially Marketo and Zoom.
• Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed for events and programs.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related area.
