We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in the USA, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing high-value B2B client relationships.

  • Participate in special projects to enhance customer success strategies.
  • Utilize a customer-driven approach with strong communication skills.
  • Engage in commercial conversations regarding pricing and upselling.
  • Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success Management in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing a book of business of 50+ accounts.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1).
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in driving MRR/ARR growth through renewals and upsells.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-driven personality with emotional intelligence.
  • Familiarity with data rooms or secure collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a nice-to-have.
