Ideals is a global B2B SaaS product company focused on creating intuitive software products for secure business collaboration. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams in developing the next-generation version of our Ideals VDR product in a fully remote role.

• Strong experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation.
• Proven track record in risk management and delivery excellence.
