Financial Analyst (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

As Ideals continues to scale globally, we are looking for a strong Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance team and support operational and strategic decision-making processes through financial modeling, analytics, and fostering finance business partnerships.

In Short

• Maintain and develop financial models for data accuracy.
• Build new financial models to support decision-making.
• Estimate ROI for business initiatives.
• Contribute to financial KPI development and tracking.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for executive leadership.
• Act as a financial advisor for internal teams.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles.
• Strong experience with financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Experience in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High level of flexibility and ownership.
