In Short

• Provide comprehensive HR support and manage employment-related queries.
• Coordinate with Employer of Record (EORs) and legal advisors for compliance.
• Set up new hiring locations adhering to local regulations.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate visas and work permits, and consult on immigration matters.
• Support internal teams in audit and tender processes.
• Contribute to compliance gaps analysis and support solutions implementation.
• Develop an internal knowledge base on employment law and policies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in People Operations or Global Employment.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Expertise in official employment operations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Ability to create clear and user-friendly policies.
