• Join a team of 7 lawyers supporting corporate activities across all business units.
• Focus on international law, including operations in the USA, UK, EU, and APAC.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory timelines and statutory requirements.
• Provide legal support for strategic transactions while minimizing reliance on external counsel.
• Utilize tools like PandaDoc and AI to optimize contract workflows.
• Manage communication with registries, notaries, and government authorities.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate law required.
• Business communication skills in English at C1 level.
• Legal tech-savviness is essential.

Requirements

• Experience with EU, UK, or U.S. legal principles.
• Capability in corporate agreement drafting and revision.
• Hands-on experience in corporate registrations and liquidations.
• A high level of personal responsibility and a proactive attitude.
• IT industry background is a plus.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property is a plus.
• CIPP/E certification is a plus.
