In Short

• Support a diverse portfolio of legal matters with a focus on corporate governance and entity structuring.
• Expand expertise across areas like employment law, M&A, and commercial contracting.
• Oversee company share schemes and equity incentive plans.
• Support management of group entities and compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparing documentation for funding rounds and investor relations.
• Conduct due diligence and support mergers and acquisitions activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and documents.
• Support implementation of compliance programs.
• Research local legal requirements in new territories.
• Liaise with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE, ideally with a corporate law background.
• Experience with corporate transactions and governance.
• Strong business judgment and communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Eager to learn and open to continuous development.
• Collaborative team player with a strong alignment to Multiverse values.
