Sr. Legal Counsel, Corporate - Remote

Overview

Vercel is seeking a corporate attorney to drive public company readiness, lead M&A deals, and assist with various legal matters in a fast-growing startup environment.

In Short

• Drive public company readiness initiatives for potential IPO.
• Lead public company reporting if Vercel goes public.
• Oversee M&A transactions including due diligence and negotiation.
• Assist with general corporate matters and legal initiatives.
• Create workflows and policies for scaling the legal team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house.
• Experience leading SEC reporting and M&A transactions.
• Strategic, practical, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus for experience in similar technology companies.
• Located in SF Bay Area, able to work in-office at least 2 days/week.
