In Short

• Support and manage strategic transactions, including M&A.
• Assist with SEC filings and corporate governance matters.
• Provide actionable legal advice across various corporate matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal issues.
• Stay updated on legal trends and compliance requirements.
• Prepare board meeting materials and support governance.
• Monitor impacts of new corporate laws.
• Advise on investor relations and corporate communications.
• Assist with entity management and reorganizations.
• Identify issues in privacy, product, and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate law and M&A.
• Experience with SEC regulations and compliance.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in technology or healthcare industries is a plus.
