Requirements

• 2+ years of legal experience, whether at a law firm or in-house.
• Attorney with a JD and membership in good standing in at least one state bar association.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal/commercial contract advice directly to colleagues at all levels of the business.
• Creative and strategic thinker who can create and improve upon processes to create efficiencies.
• Quick learner who is comfortable navigating new matters.
• Thrives while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Operates independently, and can act decisively.
