Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited US law school.
• 6-8 years experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to analyze contract requirements for compliance.
• Experience with international government negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills with diverse individuals.
• Ability to balance risk and business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
