Overview

As Corporate Counsel, you will combine strategic planning, legal expertise, and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and ensure compliant expansion of our blockchain initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of decentralized technology while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Working at the intersection of innovation and compliance, you'll collaborate with one of the most forward-thinking teams in the blockchain space. This role will require occasional travel for regulatory conferences, stakeholder meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

• 3+ years in strategy, operations, or legal roles within blockchain, fintech, or technology companies.
• Law degree (JD) or equivalent legal qualification preferred; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto regulations, and financial services compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies while navigating regulatory requirements.
• Excellence in data-driven decision making and strategic problem solving.
• Outstanding ability to articulate complex legal and strategic concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
