Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are recruiting for a talented SaaS Implementation and Support Data Analyst to provide a first-class service to our customers who are using our Merchant Central (formerly IRIS CRM) product. IRIS CRM is an NMI company.

In Short

• Managing full-lifecycle implementation of a payments industry CRM and Residuals platform.
• Acting as the subject matter expert within the Merchant Central Support team.
• Solving residual calculation tickets accurately using Excel.
• Interacting with clients over Zoom and email.
• Creating and verifying mathematical formulas for residual income calculations.
• Providing guidance on using and configuring Merchant Central.
• Logging software issues using JIRA and Zendesk.
• Creating visual mockups for the development team.
• Training new clients on Merchant Central.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or data science.
• 2+ years of experience implementing or supporting SaaS software.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar SQL-based tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

• Hourly rate of $32.69 - $39.90/hr dependent on experience.
