In Short

• Managing shareholder relationships and obligations
• Overseeing company monitoring obligations, such as reporting and filings
• Handling group restructures and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• Overseeing group and shareholders' tax advisory services
• Managing Group Digital Assets Protection Policy and Trademarks
• Assessing Tax impacts and strategies over group corporate structure and digital assets management
• Updating documentation and UBO information at Malta Business Registry
• Advise on corporate restructuring, as necessary
• Stay current with developments in the remote gambling industry
• Administer the entities forming part of The Mill Adventure and oversee corporate secretarial duties

Requirements

• 3-5 year’s experience as part of a legal team
• iGaming experience is nice to have
• Legal degree
• Excellent understanding of the iGaming landscape is nice to have
• Business focused, practical and commercial facing
• Highly pragmatic and proactive
• Synthetic thinker
• High standards of meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of various tasks with minimum supervision
• Team player with a hands-on approach
• Willing to grow in a small but highly-performing team
