Overview

Our client, an international media publisher, is seeking a Legal Counsel experienced in US operations to provide comprehensive legal support for their projects and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

• Provide full legal support for company projects and processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or as an in-house lawyer.
• Experience in the IT, digital, or media sectors is a plus.
• Proven experience in conducting business in the United States.
• Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and labor law.
• Excellent business correspondence and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Highly responsible, independent, and proactive.
• Ability to work according to US business hours.
