The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal support across various departments, focusing on corporate and commercial law.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Solutions-oriented and team-based approach.
• Experience in healthcare and technology sectors is a plus.
• Excellent legal knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomy in developing legal programs and policies.
• Bachelor's degree in civil law and Bar membership.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Familiarity with contract management systems is an asset.
