As Senior Lead Counsel, Commercial, you will be a key member of our legal team, responsible for leading and negotiating complex commercial transactions, providing strategic counsel to our internal stakeholders, and driving initiatives that support our business growth.

Requirements

• JD degree and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years of experience in law firms and in-house roles.
• Experience advising technology commercial teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and clear communication.
• Ability to bridge business and technical risks.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Self-driven with a desire for impact.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
